Tell me about yourself!
I was born and raised on the east coast and moved west in my early 20s. I have had a passion for travel since I was young. I grew up visiting family in California, Alaska and other parts of the west coast. I also visited Mexico with family friends when I was in elementary school and it opened my eyes to the bigger world of culture and experiences beyond anything I could imagine. It was then that I knew I would travel the world.AS a Yoga and Massage Therapist I have had the opportunity to work and live in incredible destinations in many countries in Central and South America at 5 star resorts . I have visited India, Malaysia and Thailand. I have been saving Europe for my more refined years where I know I will appreciate its sophistication. Here I am!
What has been your most memorable vacation?
My first big vacation as an adult was a volunteer trip to support African elephant research in Kenya. It was an incredible experience to be in such a truly remote and wild location and to be a part of a project that was helping these beautiful giants. This trip was also my first time staying in a luxury 5 star accommodation as we spent a week in the seaside town of Mombasa. The experience of a luxury resort was so fantastic and has raised the bar for my travel taste and style. This trip also included a stop over in Belgium where we spent time wandering the historic and iconic city of Brussels in search of Belgium waffles, Belgian beer and Belgian chocolates. It was the adventure that truly has fueled my continued passion for international travel
What do you like to do besides work and travel?
I am an outdoorsy kind of person. I love the ocean and spend as much time by the sea as possible. I like to hike and be active out in nature. I am also interested in the arts and like to create as well as take in art by visiting galleries and museums in places that I visit.
